Who we are and what we do

Bill began his professional career in Information Technology in 1997 when he was hired at a local financial services firm to provide first level support for the Financial Advisors in the branch offices.


From that role Bill transitioned into being the primary technical support person for over 250 home office employees at the firm, providing expert technical support to everyone from the CEO of the firm down.  Bill was also selected to represent the firm at their National Conferences each year.  His responsibilities there included negotiating the A/V contracts with the hotel and overseeing their performance onsite, as well as implementing and running the technology for the conference registration desk to ensure attendees were able to be checked in efficiently.


In 2008 Bill moved into the Information Technology department as a supervisor of Desktop Support.  In that role he led and managed up to 20 employees at any given time; worked to implement projects such as bringing third party vendors on board, converting outside e-mail domains to be hosted internally, created and implemented the firm's workstation vulnerability remediation process and led the firm's original effort to implement Network Access Control.
